Inkvex is purpose-built legal AI for SMB acquisition diligence and franchise review. We analyze APAs, commercial leases, employment agreements, seller financing notes, and FDDs in under 3 minutes — with risk scores, quoted clauses, jurisdiction citations, and, with Searcher Sub or Deal Pack, cross-reference mapping between interacting clauses.
Why we built this
Inkvex started because the operator behind it kept hitting the same wall. Self-funded buyers reviewing real deals do not have unlimited attorney hours, counsel runs $400 to $800 per hour, and your first read of an FDD or APA does not need to come from your attorney. It needs to come from something that reads the document carefully, surfaces the issues that matter, and sends a structured handoff to your attorney so their billable time is spent on the issues, not on first-pass scanning.

Methodology
FDD Scan and Commercial Lease Review handle structured documents like FDDs and commercial leases. Searcher Sub and Deal Pack handle cross-referenced documents like APAs with interacting indemnification caps, survival periods, and escrow provisions. We never store your contracts beyond the session unless you choose to save them to your dashboard.
