What we collect, what we discard, and how uploaded contracts are handled across analysis, billing, and account access.
Inkvex is a product of Darkcode AI Media LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company. References to “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Inkvex” in this Privacy Policy refer to Darkcode AI Media LLC.
Inkvex is built around a simple rule: your contract is for your review, not for our database. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the protections built into the product.
The most important point is also the simplest one: uploaded contracts are processed for analysis, then discarded. We store the structured analysis report so you can view it, but we do not store the raw contract text after processing.
We only collect the data needed to run Inkvex and support your account. For the free analysis email gate, we store your email address, risk score, detected document type, and the structured analysis report. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data through Google OAuth or magic link login.
If you subscribe, payment details are handled by Stripe. Inkvex does not see or store your full credit card information.
Uploaded contracts are processed in memory for the purpose of generating your analysis. Contract text is sent to Anthropic so the review can be completed, and that processing is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies.
Once analysis is complete, your original document is discarded. We do not keep a copy of the uploaded file, and we never resell or share your contract text. Your analysis report, which includes quoted excerpts from the contract, is saved to your account so you can revisit it and download your Diligence Memorandum later.
We use a minimal set of cookies to make the product work. Free analysis limits are enforced through the email ledger and abuse controls, not by storing raw contract text. For signed-in users, authentication session cookies are managed through Supabase.
We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools that follow you around the web.
Inkvex relies on a small set of third-party providers to run core parts of the product:
Your original uploaded file is discarded after processing. We do not keep a document archive. Your analysis report, including quoted excerpts, is saved to your account so your reports and memoranda stay downloadable. Contract text is processed by Anthropic under its data handling policies and is never used to train AI models. Account data such as your email address and usage history is retained while your account remains active.
Payment records are retained by Stripe based on financial and regulatory obligations. If you delete your account, associated account data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where a provider must retain records for legal compliance.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data tied to your account. Deleting your account removes your saved analyses, including quoted contract excerpts.
