How Inkvex handles your data

What we collect, what we never store, and how uploaded contracts are handled across analysis, billing, and account access.

Overview

Privacy-First by Design

Inkvex is built around a simple rule: your contract is for your review, not for our database. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the protections built into the product.

The most important point is also the simplest one: uploaded contracts are processed for analysis, then discarded. We do not build a library of user contracts, we do not index them, and we do not keep them sitting on our servers after the review is complete.

Collection

What We Collect

We only collect the data needed to run Inkvex and support your account. Anonymous users get a first-party cookie that tracks free analysis usage. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data through Google OAuth or magic link login.

If you subscribe, payment details are handled by Stripe. Inkvex does not see or store your full credit card information.

Contract Data

How Uploaded Contracts Are Handled

Uploaded contracts are processed in memory for the purpose of generating your analysis. Contract text is sent to our AI provider so the review can be completed, and that processing is subject to our provider's data handling policies.

Once analysis is complete, the contract content is discarded from our systems. We do not log, save, index, resell, or share your contract text. There is no long-term contract archive inside Inkvex.

Tracking

Cookies and Session Data

We use a minimal set of cookies to make the product work. For anonymous users, that includes a usage cookie tied to free analysis limits. For signed-in users, authentication session cookies are managed through Supabase.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools that follow you around the web.

Vendors

Third-Party Services

Inkvex relies on a small set of third-party providers to run core parts of the product:

  • AI provider for contract analysis processing
  • Supabase for authentication and account data
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure
Retention

What We Keep and For How Long

Contract content is retained for zero seconds after analysis completes. Account data such as your email address and usage history is retained while your account remains active.

Payment records are retained by Stripe based on financial and regulatory obligations. If you delete your account, associated account data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where a provider must retain records for legal compliance.

Rights

Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data tied to your account. Because uploaded contracts are not stored after analysis, there is no persistent contract library for us to retrieve or erase later.

If you want help with an account-level privacy request, email us and we will handle it directly.
