How Inkvex handles your data

Privacy-First by Design

Inkvex is built around a simple rule: your contract is for your review, not for our database. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the protections built into the product.

Uploads may use temporary storage during processing. Inkvex attempts to remove the original file after processing and keeps the structured report, including quoted excerpts, on your account. A paused document-lane choice may retain extracted text in a cache with a 30-minute expiry; expiry prevents reuse but does not itself erase the row. The cache is removed when you continue, cancel, or next access an expired entry.

What We Collect

We only collect the data needed to run Inkvex and support your account. For the free analysis email gate, we store your email address, risk score, detected document type, and the structured analysis report. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data through Google OAuth or magic link login.

If you subscribe, payment details are handled by Stripe. Inkvex does not see or store your full credit card information.

How Uploaded Contracts Are Handled

Uploaded contracts are processed to generate your analysis and may pass through temporary storage. Contract text is sent to Anthropic so the review can be completed, and that processing is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies.

Cleanup attempts to remove your uploaded file after processing. Temporary upload or cache data can remain if a flow is interrupted or cleanup fails. We do not sell your contract text; processing providers receive it to perform the requested analysis. Your analysis report, which includes quoted excerpts from the contract, is saved to your account so you can revisit it and download your Diligence Memorandum later.

Cookies and Session Data

We use a minimal set of cookies to make the product work. Free analysis limits are enforced through the email ledger and abuse controls, not by storing raw contract text. For signed-in users, authentication session cookies are managed through Supabase.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools that follow you around the web.

Contract text is processed by Anthropic under its data handling policies and is never used to train AI models. Account data such as your email address and usage history is retained while your account remains active.

Payment records are retained by Stripe based on financial and regulatory obligations. If you delete your account, associated account data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where a provider must retain records for legal compliance.

Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data tied to your account. Deleting your account removes your saved analyses, including quoted contract excerpts.
