Inkvex is a product of Darkcode AI Media LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company. References to “we,” “our,” “us,” “Inkvex,” or the “Service” in these Terms refer to Darkcode AI Media LLC.
By accessing or using Inkvex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paid subscribers.
Inkvex is an AI diligence service for SMB acquisition and franchise review that identifies potential red flags, surfaces quoted clauses, and provides a risk assessment score. The service uses Anthropic to process document text and return structured review including risk scoring, clause-by-clause findings, and actionable recommendations. The service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
Inkvex does not provide legal advice. Inkvex gives you AI contract review and educational information. It does not act as your attorney, represent you in a dispute, or create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal representation, jurisdiction-specific advice, or a professional opinion someone will stand behind, consult a qualified attorney.
Contract templates are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Templates available on Inkvex are strong starting drafts, not a substitute for legal representation. They may not be appropriate for your specific jurisdiction, industry, or situation. Review the final version carefully before sending or signing it, and use an attorney where the stakes justify that level of review.
Users receive 1 analysis. Paid tiers are: Single Document Review at $49 one-time (1 credit, 12-month access); Searcher Sub at $99 per month or $990 per year (5 credits each month); Deal Pack at $499 one-time (15 credits over 12 months tied to one LOI). Grandfathered subscribers on legacy plans, and holders of the discontinued Commercial Lease Review and FDD Scan lanes, retain their original terms until renewal, expiry or cancellation. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and usage limits with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
For your first paid purchase, email support@inkvex.app within 14 days of the charge to request a refund. For credit purchases made under this revised policy, unused purchases receive a full refund. If some credits have been successfully used, the refund is proportional to the unused credits: amount actually paid multiplied by unused credits divided by purchased credits, rounded to the nearest cent. If all credits have been successfully used, no standard refund is available.
Refunded credits are removed from the purchase. Failed analyses whose credits have been restored do not count as use. Contact support if an analysis failed or its output was unusable; we review service failures separately. Completed reports remain accessible, subject to our existing retention policy and any deletion you request. Refunds do not extend a report's retention period.
Purchases and checkout sessions created under our earlier full-refund terms retain those terms. The revised unused-credit policy is disclosed at checkout for new credit purchases and does not apply retroactively. If your first paid purchase is a Searcher Sub subscription, its existing full-refund offer within 14 days of the charge remains unchanged; subscription renewals are not covered by that first-purchase offer. The unused-credit formula does not apply to subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.
You may cancel Searcher Sub at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. One-time SKUs (Single Document Review and Deal Pack) expire per their stated access window and usage limits, as do the discontinued lanes for anyone still holding one.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include: uploading malicious files or malware, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI model or extract training data, using automated tools to scrape or bulk-analyze contracts beyond normal usage, and using the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at support@inkvex.app if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Inkvex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Your original uploaded document is discarded after processing; your analysis report is stored on your account. Contract content is sent to Anthropic for analysis and handled in accordance with Anthropic's data policies. See our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on how we handle your data, what third-party services we use, and your rights regarding personal information.
Inkvex and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. This includes, without limitation, damages from decisions made based on AI-generated analysis, loss of business opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate risk assessments. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
