By accessing or using Inkvex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paid subscribers.
Inkvex is an AI contract review service that identifies potential red flags, explains key terms in plain English, and provides a risk assessment score. The service uses purpose-built legal AI to process contract text and return structured review including risk scoring, clause-by-clause findings, and actionable recommendations. The service is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only.
Inkvex does not provide legal advice. Inkvex gives you AI contract review and educational information. It does not act as your attorney, represent you in a dispute, or create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal representation, jurisdiction-specific advice, or a professional opinion someone will stand behind, consult a qualified attorney.
Contract templates are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Templates available on Inkvex are strong starting drafts, not a substitute for legal representation. They may not be appropriate for your specific jurisdiction, industry, or situation. Review the final version carefully before sending or signing it, and use an attorney where the stakes justify that level of review.
Users receive 3 free analyses. Starter Pack users receive 10 analyses for a one-time payment of $9.99; credits do not expire. Pro subscribers at $24.99 per month or $149 per year receive unlimited analyses for the duration of their subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and usage limits with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
If your first paid purchase wasn't the right fit, email support@inkvex.app within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. After that 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel Pro at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Starter Pack credits do not expire.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include: uploading malicious files or malware, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI model or extract training data, using automated tools to scrape or bulk-analyze contracts beyond normal usage, and using the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at support@inkvex.app if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Inkvex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Uploaded contracts are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. Contract content is sent to our AI provider for analysis and handled in accordance with our AI provider's data policies. See our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on how we handle your data, what third-party services we use, and your rights regarding personal information.
Inkvex and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. This includes, without limitation, damages from decisions made based on AI-generated analysis, loss of business opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate risk assessments. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
