What our analysis does and does not do

Inkvex analysis is a first-pass review designed to help you and your attorney work faster. It identifies common red flags, missing protections, and clauses that often warrant negotiation. It does not replace independent legal review by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

AI analysis can miss things, misinterpret context, or apply general principles to a contract whose specific facts call for a different answer. Always have a qualified attorney review any contract before signing if the stakes are material.

Jurisdiction

Inkvex cites US federal and state law where applicable. We do not cover non-US jurisdictions. If your contract is governed by non-US law, our analysis is not reliable for jurisdiction-specific questions and you must consult an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

No warranty

The Inkvex service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the analysis is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that flagged risks are exhaustive or that the absence of a flag means a clause is safe to sign.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkvex and its operators are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on our analysis. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Inkvex is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The intended use of Inkvex is as a diligence partner for self-funded searchers, franchise buyers, and commercial tenants who already work with M&A or transactional counsel. Inkvex helps you arrive at the attorney call prepared, not unrepresented.
