Your Deal Documents, Your Control
Every document you upload is processed in memory and discarded the moment your analysis finishes. Inkvex does not archive, index, or back up the original document. APAs, commercial leases, employment agreements, seller notes, FDDs, and anything else you put through the pipeline are handled the same way. If you are a logged-in user, we retain the structured analysis report on your account so you can revisit it, but the original document text is never stored.
Because the original text is discarded, follow-up chat on a document is session-scoped: it runs against the full document while you are on the analysis page, and against the stored summary afterward. Re-upload the document any time to resume a full-text conversation.
We do not use your deal documents to train AI models, fine-tune classifiers, or improve our product. Your documents are yours. Full stop.
AI Model
Underlying Model Provider
Inkvex routes document analysis through Anthropic's Claude AI.
Anthropic's commercial API terms prohibit using customer inputs or outputs to train models. Inkvex operates under those terms.
Encryption
Security
All traffic between your browser and Inkvex runs over TLS 1.3 with modern AEAD cipher suites. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel’s global edge network with automatic HTTPS, HTTP Strict Transport Security, and DDoS protection built in.
Structured analysis data at rest is stored in Supabase Postgres with disk-level AES-256 encryption and row-level access control. Only authenticated users can read their own reports.
Payments
Payment Security
All billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details never touch Inkvex servers. We receive a customer token from Stripe and a webhook confirmation when a charge succeeds. That is the full scope of payment data we see.
Stripe handles fraud detection, 3D Secure authentication, and chargeback processing on our behalf. Refunds are issued through the same channel and processed by Stripe directly.
