All traffic between your browser and Inkvex runs over TLS 1.3 with modern AEAD cipher suites. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel’s global edge network with automatic HTTPS, HTTP Strict Transport Security, and DDoS protection built in.
Structured analysis data at rest is stored in Supabase Postgres with disk-level AES-256 encryption and row-level access control. Only authenticated users can read their own reports.
All billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details never touch Inkvex servers. We receive a customer token from Stripe and a webhook confirmation when a charge succeeds. That is the full scope of payment data we see.
Stripe handles fraud detection, 3D Secure authentication, and chargeback processing on our behalf. Refunds are issued through the same channel and processed by Stripe directly.
