ContractCrab Is Offline: What It Means and How Inkvex Compares

ContractCrab's official site (contractcrab.com) was readable on September 10, 2026. On September 28, 2026, it displayed a database-connection error in our browser, and a separate fetch also failed.

We checked again on October 5, 2026. The home page, the pricing page, and the blog all returned the same "Database Error" page (HTTP 500). The www and app addresses did not connect at all.

So for at least a week the service has had no working public site, pricing page, or sign-in we could reach. ContractCrab has not announced a closure that we could find, and an outage alone does not prove that a company has shut down. Treat the service as unavailable until its own site says otherwise.

If you used ContractCrab

1. Keep your own copies of any contracts and reports you relied on. If the site stays down, you may not be able to download them again.
2. If you had a monthly plan, check your card statement for renewals, and contact your card issuer if you are billed for a service you cannot reach.
3. If you uploaded confidential documents, note what you shared and when, in case you later need to ask the provider to delete it.

What ContractCrab used to offer

For historical context only: on September 10, 2026, the site listed pay-as-you-go review at $3 per contract, Light at $30 per month for 120 documents, Pro at $75 per month for 500 documents, and custom Enterprise terms. It described general contract review and summary output. None of this could be checked after September 28.

• quotes the exact text behind every finding, with its section or page;
• catches what is missing, not only what is wrong;
• reads clauses that depend on other sections or exhibits;
• labels uncertain conclusions instead of guessing;
• exports a report your attorney can actually use.

Then compare the commercial unit you will really buy: one document, a monthly allowance, or a package for one transaction.
